About

We work in the part of the estate nobody puts on a slide.

Integration is invisible when it works and a board-level incident when it doesn't. That middle layer is the whole of our practice — and increasingly it is where AI and cryptography land too.

The company was incorporated in 2024. It was founded by an integration architect with 20 years in the field — enterprise integration, B2B and EDI, across telecom, logistics, retail, energy and healthcare estates.

What we do

One layer, three pressures on it.

Integronauts builds and modernises the enterprise integration layer: the APIs, message flows, transformations and governance that sit between the systems an organisation actually runs its business on.

Two newer pressures now land on that same layer, which is why they are practices here rather than side projects. Agentic AI fails or succeeds on whether a model has a governed, auditable route into real systems — an integration question wearing new vocabulary. And post-quantum cryptography has to be migrated interface by interface across exactly the estate we already map.

We are deliberately narrow about this. We do not claim to be a full-service technology consultancy, and the work we take is work that touches the integration layer.

How we work

Inventory first. Opinions second.

The same four steps whether the driver is a middleware migration, an agent programme or a cryptographic one.

  1. 01

    Assess what's actually there

Interface inventory, current-state architecture, and the dependencies nobody documented. The list of what talks to what is usually the first real deliverable — and for quantum work, the cryptographic inventory that sits on top of it.

  2. 02

    Sequence the work

A to-be architecture and a migration order: which interfaces move first, what runs in parallel, where the cutover risk sits, and what has to wait on a third party you don't control.

  3. 03

    Build it as software

Flows and agent tools in source control, built and deployed by pipeline, promoted through environments. Reviewable, repeatable and reversible — including the parts a model wrote.

  4. 04

    Hand over something operable

Monitoring, alerting, evaluations and runbooks your team owns — so neither the integration layer nor the agent estate becomes a black box only we can touch.

How we behave

Three commitments we can actually be held to.

Impartial advice. We hold no reseller agreements that would make one platform pay us better than another. If the right answer is the tool already in your estate, or no new tool at all, that is the recommendation.

Nothing you can't operate. Every engagement ends with monitoring, runbooks and enough documentation for your team to own what we built. An integration layer only we can touch is a failed delivery, however well it runs.

Honest about uncertainty. We will tell you when something is confirmed, when it is plausible, and when nobody knows — including on quantum timelines, where the honest answer is that the date is unknown and the migration duration is not.

What's on this site

Judge us on the thinking.

No borrowed logos and no invented case studies.

What is here instead is the method, the point of view and the platforms we work across — enough to tell whether we are the right people to talk to about a specific problem. Bring us one and the conversation will be concrete from the first call.
