Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Integronauts Solutions Private Limited (“Integronauts”, “we”) handles personal data in connection with integronauts.com. We are the data controller for that processing.

What this website does not do

These are statements of fact about how the site is built, not aspirations:

• No cookies are set. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
• No third-party requests. Every asset — including fonts — is served from our own domain. Your browser is not asked to contact any other company while viewing this site.
• Optional tool favourites. When you choose a favourite, we save only its tool identifier in localStorage on your device. Removing your last favourite deletes that record. Tool inputs and results are not saved in browser storage.

The tools

Available local tools under /tools process data in your browser. JSON, XML, EDI interchanges, JWTs, base64 and anything else you paste is processed locally by JavaScript on your own machine. That data is not transmitted to us or logged by us. We could not see it if we wanted to.

File imports are read on your device. Downloads and saved workspace files are saved where you choose. CSV workspace sharing can explicitly include input in the URL fragment; anyone you give that link to can read it, and your browser may retain the link in its history. The default share action copies only the tool address. No input is uploaded to our server.

One caution that is yours rather than ours: a JWT is a credential. Treat any token you paste into any website — including this one — as compromised, and rotate it.

TalentLab

TalentLab analyses a resume, and optionally a job description, entirely in your browser — both text you paste and files you upload.

• Not uploaded to us. Resume and job-description content, including TXT, DOCX and PDF files you choose, is read by code running on your own device. It is not sent to Integronauts or to anyone else. While you use TalentLab, your browser downloads only the page's own program code from this site.
• No candidate database. We do not keep resumes, job descriptions, results or anything derived from them, and there is no account.
• Nothing is stored. The content is not written to cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or any other browser storage. It is discarded when you close or reload the tab.
• No AI service is called. The analysis is deterministic code in the page; no text is sent to a language-model provider.

Supported files: plain text (up to 1 MB), Word .docx (up to 5 MB) and text-based PDF (up to 10 MB and 20 pages). Scanned or image-only PDFs, password-protected files, legacy .doc files and images are not read. Up to 60,000 characters of text are analysed. In Word files, page header and footer text is checked only to tell you that it was not included; it is not analysed or shown.

What we do receive

When you contact us

The contact form and the “notify me” field open your own email client with a message pre-filled. Nothing is submitted to a server by the website itself. If you choose to send that email, we receive whatever it contains — typically your name, email address, and what you wrote — and we use it solely to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served, including IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent. This is a necessary part of operating a website securely and detecting abuse. We do not combine it with anything else or use it to build a profile of you.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes the request data described above on our behalf in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse, and publishes its own privacy terms at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We use no other processor for this website.

Legal bases

Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on:

• Legitimate interests — replying to enquiries you send us, and keeping the site secure and available.
• Consent — where you ask to be told about new writing. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies, we process personal data for the purpose for which you provided it, and you retain the rights described below.

How long we keep things

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted. If you joined a mailing list, we keep your address until you ask us to remove it. Server logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. The only third party that necessarily processes anything is our hosting provider, in serving the site to you. If we later use an email or customer-relationship service, this policy will be updated to name it before that happens.

Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Write to info@integronauts.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to your data protection authority — the Data Protection Board of India, or your national supervisory authority in the EU or UK.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
