Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Integronauts Solutions Private Limited (“Integronauts”, “we”) handles personal data in connection with integronauts.com. We are the data controller for that processing.

What this website does not do

These are statements of fact about how the site is built, not aspirations:

• No cookies are set. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
• No third-party requests. Every asset — including fonts — is served from our own domain. Your browser is not asked to contact any other company while viewing this site.
• No browser storage. We do not write to localStorage or sessionStorage.

The tools

Everything under /tools runs entirely in your browser. JSON, XML, EDI interchanges, JWTs, base64 and anything else you paste is processed locally by JavaScript on your own machine. That data is never transmitted to us, logged, or stored anywhere. We could not see it if we wanted to.

One caution that is yours rather than ours: a JWT is a credential. Treat any token you paste into any website — including this one — as compromised, and rotate it.

What we do receive

When you contact us

The contact form and the “notify me” field open your own email client with a message pre-filled. Nothing is submitted to a server by the website itself. If you choose to send that email, we receive whatever it contains — typically your name, email address, and what you wrote — and we use it solely to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served, including IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent. This is a necessary part of operating a website securely and detecting abuse. We do not combine it with anything else or use it to build a profile of you.

Legal bases

Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on:

• Legitimate interests — replying to enquiries you send us, and keeping the site secure and available.
• Consent — where you ask to be told about new writing. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies, we process personal data for the purpose for which you provided it, and you retain the rights described below.

How long we keep things

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted. If you joined a mailing list, we keep your address until you ask us to remove it. Server logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. The only third party that necessarily processes anything is our hosting provider, in serving the site to you. If we later use an email or customer-relationship service, this policy will be updated to name it before that happens.

Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Write to info@integronauts.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to your data protection authority — the Data Protection Board of India, or your national supervisory authority in the EU or UK.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
